Vieles spricht für Deinen Wechsel zu Encavis - doch Deine mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der rechtlichen Begleitung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien sowie von rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Bereich des Betriebs von Solar- und Windparks und/oder Batteriespeicherprojekten spricht für Dich.

Was Dich bei uns erwartet? Anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in einem juristischen Team, in dem Du bei nationalen und internationalen Themen im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien umfassend rechtlich beraten und unterstützen darfst - im engen Austausch mit anderen Fachbereichen.
Your sunny outlook:

• Rechtliche Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen für nationale und internationale Solar- und Windprojekte sowie Batteriespeicherprojekte (insbesondere EPC-Verträge und Lieferverträge)
• Rechtliche Unterstützung bei Revamping-/Repowering-Projekten
• Umfassende rechtliche Beratung im Zusammenhang mit dem Asset Management von Solar- und Windparks (z.B. O&M-Verträge, Nutzungsverträge, sonstige Dienstleistungs- und Werkverträge)
• Rechtliche Unterstützung beim Contract- und Claim-Management
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
• Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen
• Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Anwaltskanzleien

We'll get wind of that soon:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, idealerweise mit zwei überdurchschnittlichen Staatsexamina
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien und/oder in internationalen Bauprojekten
• Sichere Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Analytisches Denken sowie Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen im Energiesektor
• Du trittst souverän und entschlossen auf und besitzt Kommunikationsstärke und verfügst über eine gut organisierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Du zeigst eine hohe Leistungs- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie Interesse für rechtliche, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Zusammenhänge
• Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Loyalität, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
• Verhandlungsgeschick gepaart mit Durchsetzungsstärke runden Dein Profil ab
