Legal Counsel for M&A & Finance (m/f/d)

Your Contribution

• As Legal Counsel (M&A), you will be responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing projects, and internal corporate reorganizations
• This includes comprehensive legal advice, including analyses and coordination activities
• In addition, you will independently draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide post-M&A advice, and legally support the post-merger integration
• You will also act independently as an in-house expert for all matters related to corporate, contract, and commercial law
• You will contribute independently to interdisciplinary projects and work closely with the specialist departments, project management, and the company's executive management

Your Experience and Qualifications

• You have completed your legal studies with a fully qualified lawyer degree and above-average exam results
• You bring several years of experience in the field of M&A - ideally gained in a company or a business-oriented law firm
• You possess in-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• International experience in an English-speaking environment is an advantage
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations
• You stand out through strong communication skills, the ability to integrate and collaborate, and a high degree of team orientation
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
